Copyright Policy
DarkRoom respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the DMCA.
Reporting Infringement
If you believe that content on DarkRoom infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice containing the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the disputed use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongfully removed, you may submit a counter-notification. Counter-notifications must include your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction.
Repeat Infringers
DarkRoom will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
